O'BP Baseball provides a unified program where instruction is consistent throughout the organization from the top down. Our program is modeled after college and professional organizations, with an emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and development through our 3 A's. We have created a system that works and teaches every player the skills to succeed on and off the diamond.

O’BP Baseball is focused on enhancing a player’s development within the game.
For each age group, the Cowboys Travel Program is a collection and representation of the area’s most talented players. Players & Coaches come together as a team, practice, grow, and compete at the highest level while developing their skills.
The succession path for a player can begin at any point in time.
Our program and its coaches have an enormous passion for the game. We look to identify and bring in players who share a similar passion. We want them to get the most out of their skills and translate that into their baseball careers. We stress the importance of alignment & accountability that is necessary to achieve success. Winning is a product of our development, but not the only measure.
​O’BP Baseball prides itself on past members who move on and play at the next level coming back to share their experience with the younger groups. We instill a family like atmosphere that will comfort our player to be able to unleash their true potential. O’BP Baseball will develop your baseball skills but provide lessons that will be conducive to everyday life.
